What you get

Everything on one results page

Overlay the models

Structures are superposed on Cα atoms against a reference model. Toggle each model on and off, and colour by model or by pLDDT confidence.

See where they differ

Per-residue pLDDT and deviation plots, pairwise RMSD, GDT-TS and aligned-error maps. Hover any residue for exact values, and the sequence view highlights it too.

Take it into your paper

Download the PDB files and a per-residue CSV, copy a ready-made methods sentence with citations, and search the literature on the same page.

How it works

From sequence to comparison in three steps

  1. 1

    Provide a sequence

Paste or upload a FASTA file, such as ubiquitin.fasta.

  2. 2

    Choose up to three models

Pick from AlphaFold 2, ESMFold, Chai Discovery, Rosetta and Boltz. Each model's status is shown as it finishes.

  3. 3

    Compare the results

Open the comparison page: overlay, metrics, plots, sequence view, downloads and citations.

What the “models run” step will look like (mock-up)

Preview build: submitting new predictions isn't connected in this version. The panel above is a mock-up of that step; the results below are real outputs already downloaded.
